The AFHS yearbook staff would like to invite loved ones to place a senior ad – a personal message of congratulations accompanied by some photographs - for the Apex Friendship graduate in their lives.
To participate, all you do is select an ad size, choose a favorite photo (or photos), compose a message, and then submit everything - even payment - online.
Here's a breakdown of the steps:
Step 1: Choosing an ad size. Senior ads are sold in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and whole page increments - see the gallery below to get a sense of scale (you can click on the images to enlarge them):
Here's a breakdown of the pricing - keep in mind that there's a discounted early deadline (Friday, October 20th) and a late deadline (Friday, November 17th).
Step 2: Submitting your message. You can easily submit the message you'd like to appear with your ad by using this GoogleForm. Please consult the sample ads above to determine an appropriate length for your message.
Step 3: Submitting your photographs. Photographs can be submitted via email - just attach your images and send them to AFHSseniorads@gmail.com.
Step 4: Paying for your ad. Paying for your ad couldn't be easier - just pay online via Jostens' website - here's a link!
As with most things yearbook-related, direct all your questions to the adviser, Chris Stapleton - firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be included in the yearbook, all seniors must schedule an appointment be photographed by Prestige Portraits by Tuesday, September 5th - if a student couldn't make their scheduled appointment in June, Prestige will be on campus again, during school hours, on September 5th as well. Another option is to schedule an appointment at their studio in Raleigh - those interested should contact Prestige via email (email@example.com) or by phone (919-377-0026).
In addition, if a student wants to choose the pose that'll appear in the yearbook, they must log on to Prestige's website and make that selection (login info should be provided by Prestige). If you have any trouble with this step, contact Prestige. This selection must be made by Friday, November 1st - otherwise the yearbook staff will chose an appropriate pose!
